Safe Harbor Animal Coalition (S.H.A.C.) is a volunteer-run, donor-funded animal welfare organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless and abandoned cats and dogs in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Safe Harbor Animal Coalition aims to reduce and control the overpopulation of homeless cats and dogs through spay/neuter, vaccinating, Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return and cat colony management, while providing lower cost veterinary services to our partner 501(c)3 organizations. In addition, funds directly support education and training in order to create healthy and empowered communities.
Our sanctuary is not just a home for cats, but a haven for cat lovers and a testament to what compassion and community can achieve. Through this video, you’ll see firsthand the dedication and love that goes into every aspect of our sanctuary.
S.H.A.C. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Our federal EIN is 84-2145454.
