Animal Coalition

Safe Harbor Animal Coalition (S.H.A.C.) is a volunteer-run, donor-funded animal welfare organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless and abandoned cats and dogs in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Our Mission

S.H.A.C’s focus is to reduce the overpopulation of homeless animals, humanely and effectively

Safe Harbor Animal Coalition aims to reduce and control the overpopulation of homeless cats and dogs through spay/neuter, vaccinating, Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return and cat colony management, while providing lower cost veterinary services to our partner 501(c)3 organizations.
